As I think back this morning about 9/11 and where I was, it occurs to me that like many of us in America, the memory is vivid to this day. My family and my life changed but nowhere close to the unimaginable reality of having a family member, friend or colleague counted among those who's life was ended on that morning of September 11, 2001. My thoughts and prayers go out to each of these people today, your strength in the aftermath is a testament to the spirit that is so much part of the fabric of our country. To those that responded to the tragedy, God bless you and your family as well, your heart and professionalism under extreme circumstances was, and still is an inspiration.

My little girl was asleep on my shoulder and my wife and son safely sleeping in their beds, while I was sitting watching CNBC, stunned as I realized what was going on. May I keep that memory alive with my family, to honor those who lost so much and respect for those who responded to the ultimate call for help. And finally those men and women who serve in our military, thank you for your service. September 11, 2001 from space
